It’s Official! Hab 2:3

It’s Official! God finally promoted me to become a Worship leader. It’s one of God’s Dreams, Visions and Promises to me eversince I became a Born again Christian.

I Am testifying about the verse in Habakkuk 2:3 ”For the revelation awaits an appointed time; it speaks of the end and will not prove false. Though it linger, wait for it; it will certainly come and will not delay.”

You see when I first accepted Jesus as my personal Lord and Savior and I became “Born again” John 3:3. God gave me many Visions, Dreams and Promises. One of those Visions is me becoming a Worship Leader in a growing Church. (Since I really love to sing… so I claimed that promises even I KNOW that there is a BIG Difference of Ministering and Performing). I claimed it and claimed and there was a time in my life (I became busy at work) I forgot this “Vision” God has given me.

But last Sunday (March 23, 2008)…. I stood in the pulpit, and started to lead the congregation in praising God and thus… I became a Worship leader.

The Feeling?
It was… different! from leading prayer and fasting and even youth service. The Anointing was tremedous! (But the Battle is tough). God gave me the discernment (became sensitive of the flow and of the people’s needs and feelings). At first, I struggled with the spirit of doubt, heaviness, unbelief and familiarity spirit. My first song was really messy! @.@ But as I lead and ask God softly to help me and embrace me with His Love.. I felt God’s presence moved and then later… people are already worshipping God, singing and raising their hands… I couldn’t help but to cry as well.

Ate Carol said that… leading the congregation to worship God, is not an ordinary thing. But if you ask God for help… He will surely help you.

Thank you Lord for your help, I LOVE YOU JESUS!!!
